    Problem: The tool thinks it is a vauxhall astra-j rather than a zafira, also the tool will not communicate with the chassis control module even after several attempts no success please advise.

    Sorry for the problem. Try to use website http://www.vindecoderz.com/EN/check-lookup/W0LPD9EMXF1101616 to decode this VIN No., it is also read it as Astra J / Zafira Enjoy. So is it possible for you to collect a datalog for our checking?

      tip: do a manual selection, most of the time it will work fine after picking the right car yourself. There are more cars which will not decode or not correctly, even though vin is read -- I know you say 'support only' but they don't give you what you need now and you need to get the car fixed I guess so a little help outside 'the box' :)
